"Blind faith-the first"<div> It was friday afternoon and after abulution as soon as I entered the mosque, I saw a huge gathering for weekly congregational friday prayer. I also prepared myself for performing salah and after my left salam, I saw people reciting darood in congregation and the clerics busy with zikr, I was also totally engrossed in the divine thoughts of almighty praying for his blessings and fullfilment of my desires.</div><div> And as the salat was over the exodus of people started to leave. Much of the space was vacant now. Rest of the believers in the mosque were crying loud I was too among them, I prayed for respect, honour, health and with health I remembered my eyes are week and I wore spectecles; My eyeball has enlarged and it is not possible that this defect will be overcomed, said a doctor. Just at the end of the thought I heared loud cries of a very old man who sat some feets left to me. He was crying for vision; to have good eyesight. He was crying louder and louder, I could see his lower portion as my eyes were lowered and my head was down. He was very feeble and old. He was wearing wornout clothes and it seemed he was poor. His cries asking for vision and to see world properly catched my attention.I thought to myself that he might be asking for divine vision and enlightment.</div><div> He was now trying to get up and leave, he turned towards right to get up and his dua was continuing in low tone. I turned my head towards left and raised my eyes towards him to see him and I saw, that he had no eyes, and there were empty sockets. The eyelids were sucked inside the skull and silently his lips spoke, "Ya Allah mujay roshni day"
