blatant bumping question

Hi

About a week ago I reported another members thread as he was blatantly bumping, actually saying "bump, weekend bump" and such like.

I myself counted 12 fairly blatant bumps in that thread, which in theory should equal a bann and if you look at his profile he has a history of bumping.

I would just like to know if anything is going to be done about this or has been done, as this is somewhat unfair to other members. I dont know of any direct means to contact dp about this otherwise I would do so and i dont want to report the thread a second time for fear of getting infraction points myself.
