I used coupons a year before. Now i was banned by adwords.
I know it is a solution to open a new account.
But my credit card already registered in google with my current account, and i can not remove it.
So when i use a new one,the credit card was declined.
Now how to fix this problem?
I wont use coupons again. That thing only give me bad experiences.
    :(

get a new credit card.... or report that you have lost a your credit card to your credit card company ... they will issue a fresh card at nominal fee

I just opened another account with Google today because my old account just stopped.I have emailed 5-6 times and have not heard back.I opened the new account under different e mail and different credit card and my card is declined over and over.i called my cc comp they say no attempt has been made by Google on either account to get payment and I have plenty of credit. What do I do next?

I'm not saying you're silly or anything but sometimes we tend to overlook the smallest things. As a merchant, I recommend you check the following:

    1. Ensure that your cc is activated for card-not-present transactions - some cc comp do when you get the card but with some you gotta ask for it.
    2. Ensure you enter the details correctly.
    3. **IMPT:** The billing address must be EXACTLY as it is on file at your cc comp.
    4. **IMPT:** Enter the name onto adwords exactly as it appears on your card.

If you still have a problem, then email billing section of google - it could be a tech problem with google or their processing unit (which I was told is a third party).

    Hope this helps you.
