Let's say you are using adsense on a black hat SEO site, can you get banned from google adsense for using this tactic to get rated at a high level for a SE, because most likely your site will be banned from google SE in less than a week.

 

Depends what blackhat. You can't be banned for cloaking, as a competitor could do this for you to get you banned.

 

It's unlikely - being banned from Google Search has nothing to do with AdSense.

Its depend on our competitors, if they see any site with top SE just few in two weeks they will report either google or post here that url...
