Blackhat SEO techniques can cause an IP of a server to be blacklisted? Is this true or not. This is maybe one of very important questions ,why my website can't have a good traffic or can't be visible on Google even i not make blackhat SEO method, with a new domain on dangerous IP addresses,with previous domains which have blackhat SEO tehniques.
