The reason I'm selling the site is because I'm starting a new project which requires a bit of cash upfront, otherwise I'd definitely hang onto this blog as it's been a steady earner.

I'm selling my Forex/Stock autoblog which is nearly 2 years old, 1 year and 11 months. The domain has a PR ranking of 1 and is #3 on Google out of roughly 900,000 for it's targeted keyword.

The site draws around 1000 uniques a month, all organic search traffic and all on autopilot. I honestly haven't really touched the site in a couple of months except I did upgrade the auto feed function a week ago which should bump up the traffic.

It focuses around Clickbank affiliate products and generates around $300 a month. Most of the affiliate programs pay anywhere between $60 to $150 per sale so the $300 the site pulls in is only off of a couple of sales. I'm pretty sure this number could be increased with additional marketing efforts.

There are no monthly costs aside from hosting and the site comes with a copy of WF Review plugin which retails for $139 by itself.
