You may have to export them as a CSV and then re-import it into the blackberry. I think you may have to have an exchange server for seamless syncing of Outlook contacts.

The BlackBerry devices can sync (contacts) with Microsoft Outlook Express v5.0 and 6.0, so do you don't need to have the full install of Microsoft Outlook in order to do this. What you will need to do is install the BlackBerry Desktop Manager software on your computer. Once you have it installed you can configure the Synchronization module to sync with Outlook Express.
