No, but I do know it will work for you...it will work for a while and you will be pleased, but then as always, you will get caught out and you will pay the price.

I agree with fade to black. It definitely will work, but the real question is how long? If you moved to #1 for you keyword for 1 day, 10 days, a month, but then were banned for a year would it have been worth it?
Yes, it worked for a month or so then the site drastically dropped in SERP. The question that one usually asks when doing blackhat is "how long can I get away with it?". You would have some initial success, but it is nearly impossible to sustain.
Short-term you will see some result but long-term no. You should always focus on long-term results. And with black hat short-term could be as low as few days
well lately I did try one. Yah I hate spamming but out of curiosity and hoping I can really get traffic from spamming I did try IRC spamming. What I did is, I use mIRC and it's FREE, I did search servers that is widely use by Americans(coz I target a western traffic for my site). Get all channels with 100+ users on them. And then I send messages to every channel with 100+ users online. The output? lots of type in traffic. But I don't know if I will still go on with the method coz my site a free wallpaper website and I just prefer the natural traffic.
