Black Hat SEO is basically an unethical methods used for website to rank higher on search engines. Where as the techniques that used by following google guidelines and without breaking the rules is callled white hats SEo. Or you can say the ethical techniques used for website is called white hat.
black hat it all depends on how you do it guys.. you just cant go on spamming stuff around... creating doorway pages and cloaking so easily that google realises you doing it on purpose... and spinning articles to get unique content... you obviously can use these tricks and make it look 'not that black hat' and it works.. you may come across really good sites and wouldn't even realise they do this grey area stuff... but if you do it responsibly then u rule mate...
If I understand you guys, you could actually sabotage a page rank for someone else by creating doorway pages and post duplicate content under other domain names? So can you actually ban a competitor site from Google or at least lower their rankings???
