Using it is a far fetched thing. I would like to know about how people do it though.. as people have interestingly pointed out tricks like invisible text, keyword stuffying which newbies do without even knowing that its blackhat.

You can use this knowledge to implement it or to know what not to implement.

So creating an XML sitemap, adding a Robots.txt, adding Nofollow to a link, having Meta Keywords and Nocache and the list goes on is Black Hat?

I think you seriously need to redefine your definitions.

its better to use a white and gray hat seo, because the results of black hat seo is just for temporary and your site could be penalize or the worst will be banned by google.

there is no law against it. people just mean its prohibited and you will get a penalty if you do it. If you do black hat seo you get banned from google (depending on what you do).

The day Google gives a damn about my business will be the day I give a damn about theirs.

Anybody who hasn't studied Black Hat is at an immediate disadvantage to somebody who has. It's good to have all the tools at your disposal, even if you don't intend to use every one of them.

Black Hat is a term defined by search engines, but search engines are merely a tool on the web. It's none of Google's business whether I choose to use cloaking (which is the poor man's IP Delivery, by the way). They can de-index me, but that's as far as it goes.

Enough with the misinformation about "getting banned from Google" already. It's complete BS. Your site may get banned, but it doesn't mean you are. Work out where you went wrong, go back to the drawing board, build another site, and repeat until you've mastered the art.

Black Hat has a reputation for dubious morals, which I can definitely understand. It also has a reputation for being less lucrative and much less durable than White Hat. That's total BS.

Black Hat, done correctly, is the reason why your competitors seem unmovable at the top of the rankings. It's all about building a foundation of Black Hat sites. You let your Black Hat sites send power to your Grey Hat sites. You use your Grey Hat sites to send power to your 100% clean White Hat sites. This translates to an absolutely massive competitive advantage over the average idiot who thinks that White Hat is the be all, end all of search engine optimization.

As for Black Hat tips, I will be giving several away for free in my blog. Though unlike most, I'll be showing them in action.

I constantly see some Black-Black Hat SEO techniques on many web sites out there. They are not only violate Google's guidlines, they are simply illegal.

I mean hackers that break into legitimate websites, create doorway pages there, add hundreds of hidden link to those doorways on existing legitimate web pages. And redirects to their sites and doorways (steal traffic from third-party sites).

Hacked sites can be easily identified by Google, but there still are thousands of such sites that rank well on Google. Here are some Google searches that can fetch sites with hidden links and redirects.

There's a difference between Black Hat SEO and hacking. A big difference.

And what is all this fuss about breaking Google's guidelines?

Since when did Google own the Internet? Since when did Google ASK if it could come and spider my website?
