I am selling my Black Friday store niche website. The site receives 100k+ uniques during the week of Thanksgiving and requires no work on the site the rest of the year. The site content is semi-unique as we are the only site that has been archiving the Fry's Electronics Black Friday ads for the past 10 years.

I have had 0 interactions or comments from Fry's Electronics, Inc. since running the site. Many posts on the site link directly to the Fry's site so we do drive them traffic.

Fry's does not have an affiliate program unfortunately so revenue is generated through Adsense (Fry's does a lot of advertising through Adsense and those ads end up on our site) and through Skimlinks to product links at competitors such as Best Buy and Amazon.

Revenue from last year was around $2500 total, although the year before was closer to $4k when our ranking was higher. First page placement for the past 4 years on Google and usually top 3 placement on Bing.

There is also a newsletter with 3500 subscribers that I have added in the last 3 years.

I don't have much history here but have done successful $1k+ sales on DNF, Namers, Flippa and Private Party.

Site is hosted on a $5 VPS on Digital Ocean that I ramp up to the $30 option for the month of November. Costs are minimal. Theme is a purchased theme and I pay ~$10 for the mail server to send the newsletter, also just for a single month.

Why are you selling this site?

I am simply running out of time to run the website and have some major home repairs coming up.

    How is it monetized?
Mainly through Adsense and referral links from Skimlinks and Amazon Affiliates.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    None

How much time does this site take to run?
Takes very little time to run. I probably put in 10-15min/day checking on the site and updating blog content from Nov. 1st to Dec. 1st. The day or two before Black Friday is the most crucial time. I will usually put in all day of work pulling together site content and waiting for the ads to be released.

All told there's probably only anything to do when traffic starts coming in which is the week of Thanksgiving. Outside of the holiday season the site lays dormant and gets 0 work.

What challenges are there with running this site?
Not many. Need to stay on top of the Black Friday ad when it gets released. Scour the usual deal sites a social media and try to put up the ad as soon as possible to repost to reddit/SD and other places.
