    Black-hats are where website designers use unethical ways that includes back-doors, cloaking, and other tricks to optimize sites. White hats are those website designer that play nice and try to follow all the search engine guideline to optimize their site.

    Whitehats are those which follow all rules to developing a website,whereas blackhats are those which makes their website in unethical manner.Mainly Blackhat SEO is done for higher ranking in Google search result pages.

    Black hat seo occur when anyone create a website that are targeted tricking and manipulate search engine and get irrelevant and poor quality search engine result page.White hat seo prefer building quality content toward seo.White hat is one type of ethical way.White hat seo service are able to get more inbound link from other website and this is considerd to be a better seo tools.

    black hat SEO: Is that if you submit a link in adult, porn etc websites search engine always block your websites in black hat seo you can't ranking in search engine.
    white hat seo: Is that if you submit a link in your related websites you go on top of search engine. i.e. Google, Yahoo!.etc
