Bizarre... earning without clicks and rising with page views

    This is pretty weird. I have a URL channel set up, and it is showing zero clicks for today. Yet that same URL channel is showing earnings, now, of .34 cents. Even more bizarre, the earnings are growing as the day goes on and the page views grow.

    This morning it was showing .02 cents earned with about 20 page views, and now it shows .34 cents earned with about 211 page views. The earnings for the non existent click seem to be going up with page views.

    Anyone know what's going on here? Am I getting clicks and it's just not showing them? Or is there some way to earn without clicks?

    They are CPM advertisements that pay per 1000 impressions. Clicks are not required.

    Yup, they're CPM ads, which pay by impression.

    i think when u reach 1000 page impressions for a certain ad they pay u few cents coz in google adwords dvertisers pay for clicks and for every 1000 impressions.

    thats what happend to me 2 days ago and i was wondering what the hell! now im relieved! i never knew about the CPM stuff! sounds cool...
