    let me say this first: i'm not looking for SEO tips/advice

    I own the site in my signature, but have no time to work on optimizing it for SEO.

    If someone is willing to work on SEO, I will pay based on the increase in search engine traffic (per performance). I'll share Google Analytics logs, so you can verify you are paid fairly.
