Bittorrent Host

This post is for a friend, machikakara. He's not able to start threads yet, so I'm just trying to help him out and just start the topic for him.

This is his question:
"Something that i have come across are so many BitTorrent(tm) sites if they are indexers or trackers. Most hosts do not allow any thing bitTorrent(tm) on there servers. I am wondering where i can get a site to host my BitTorrent(tm) files and stuff like that on the need with the web space and bandwidth i need if it is an unlimited space and bandwidth host that is even better."

for the most part that is correct it is not easy to to find a bittorent host.

 

You wont be able to find one here probably...

 

why do you say that?

 

well you will find it hard to get a host that will let you host any illegal files but it is much easier to setup a a torrent search engine you would ned to find a host in denmark/japan and i think china is ok too as long as your not hosting the actual programs/movies/music stuff that you do not own the rights to then you will be fine you will need a dedicated server try noc.i3d.nl/ leaseweb.com and read their TOS to see if they allow it and also go over to webhostingtalk and search for offshore hosts in the dedicated server section

 

thats alot i also need to know which plays allow torrent trachers like that.

Yea this is really hard the more space and bandwidth the better.
