    Doesnt look like anything to manage, 2 users. I would say its worth maybe $10-$12. Not quite sure where you got the $400 quote from. But best wishes in selling.

    I wouldn't really call the domain "awesome" it's hyphenated and is a .org domain.
    The design is very simple and sleek.
    I'd say it's domain price + forum cost.
    $200.
