    Because I need funds for other projects.

    The website is 9 months old and is growing fast
    It is making $1300/month from Ads and sponsored posts.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Depends how much content you want to post to grow more the blog. More quality content you post better. I personally spend one hour daily posting one article per day.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Hosting has been paid in November for one year. The buyer just needs to post more quality content. The website is built on the WordPress platform and is easy to manage.

    mostly is from Press Releases, Adsense, Coinzilla and Affiliate Programs like Brave that pays $5 in bat per install.
