Bit of help wanted on a wordpress blog - will pay blog listed

    got a blog called http://www.proxy.biz

    one the right hand side it says "proxies worth visiting"
    I need the "select proxies" changed from a drop down menu to a scrolling one
    so more than one proxy can be viewed.

    I also need it wider to fit better with the rest of the sidebar.

    please advise etc.
