Hi all I have recently gone into picking up the odd domain names here and there.
Just found a domain name that was mist by a very large firm. They have the .com and so on but they have missed one. Would it be worth while picking these domain names up?

I know am registering the domain names to me but would there be any legal issues like if I started to offer the same products?

You would never really be able to relax with this domain name so why bother with it.

Because if I get 1% of there traffic am on a winner am I not?
Why bother with it = free traffic, sales, money and most of all early retirement are just a few things on my a gender.

That's an interesting way of looking at the situation. You could hold out and take advantage of their traffic until their lawyers get on your case and forcefully foreclose.

Or, you could buy it, and try and unload it on someone that is willing to take a little more risk with the domain. You'd definitly be able to sell at it less than market value -- but chances are this still means profit for you.

Either way, I think you'll make a little something before the hammer falls. Why not?
