Birthday Script Needed

    I am in need of a birthday script that will show that days birthdays along with a small image, either from a flat-file or a mySQL database (if it is in the database there also needs to be scripted an area for me to input the data to populate the database).

    I am wanting it to look and perform similar the birthday script being used at http://www.imdb.com (look over to the right and then down a bit).

    This will be used at a US Civil War site so the fields needed will be for their name, birth date and affiliation (USA, CSA or Civilian) and a field to upload a small image of that individual.

    I would like this script to also be to configurable; meaning if I want to change the color, block size, etc. I can edit the script. Also there should be no branding on the script.

    I would be willing to pay a small fee for this (negotiable before work starts on it).

    I'm looking to use it as code in an already existing page (the main page of my Civil War site).

    Basically I want to put an include or something in the main page HTML so that it will display like the example below.

    When you click on "next" the page stays the same but puts the next persons whose birthday is today in the same box (again, this is how the IMDB script acts). If I click the "all birthday's" it would then dump me to a page (which I would create a template for to look like the rest of the site) which lists that months birthdays.

    Lastly it would need a very basic front-end to be able to add and remove birthdays in the database.

    I must have a code of your home page to modify it as per your need, plus give me database structure so I can work with it.

    Home page is VERY basic CSS, the database is a mySQL database... I can create an entirely new database as the site is hosted on my server...so any structure can be designed as needed to create the desired results...

    If you did a source view you would get all the necessary code to recreate the home page.
