Haha good one Minstrel. Well, the creepy part is that in Indonesia they had the first human-to-human-to-human transmission. They also can't find what killed this cluster. 7/8 people died and the original lady went to a bbq and got sick.

The next 7 days are critical because if this does continue then we do have a larger problem and the virus has mutated.

Hopefully not, but by the looks of that photo I'm freaking out ;).

I don't think Ireland needs to worry. They've had the vaccine there for decades:

MINSTREL! I'm surprised at you for spreading such alarmist and unfounded rumours!

    Those birds are obviously sleeping.

The reality of the bird flu is - get your immune system up! The information is out there on eating better and supplimenting to help your immune system. If you have a strong immune system, then your body can fight it off - this includes everything from cancer to heart disease, viruses and germs.

Thats actually not great either. The reason people die from the bird flu is BECAUSE they have a good immune system.

Those who have a good immune system fight the virus, but the virus someone puts the body's immune system in over drive.

In a sense the body ends up killing itself.

    Outstanding, Skinny. :)

Absolutely correct. The immune system targets the infected cells and destroys them, resulting in pneumonia and pulmonary oedema.

But like fighting cancer, if you shut off the immune system (chemo) you kill off more than just the bad....

The medical field has gone a bit too far with shutting off peoples immune systems, especially when the problem was an immune system that was underactive or overactive to begin with.....

We need to get the immune system balanced to work correctly. I for one won't lower my immunity in hopes of not losing to the bird flu.

And coincidentally, the 'medical field' earns their money from drugs people buy when their immune system isn't working well.

Simple business tactics, create a market for the shit you sell...
