To Mr. or Ms., I'm representing a small alternative energies company that is looking for an in-house SEO/Webdesigner. Our problem: There are more monthly global searches of "biodiesel processors" than there are searches in "Newport Beach Real Estate". If our company were to get 1% of those monthly searches that would total of $3 million a year. That's a quality problem. The real problem is that we don't have the money at this moment to pay a company to do the redesigning and the arduous SEO process. (I will explain in private about our financial situation through Skype) My hopeful solution: I will pay out a percentage (8%) in a contractual agreement of each product sold to the individual who is willing to do this if you are qualified and have a proven track record of success. Evidence: The company sold over $1 million in 2008 through national advertising on Spike TV's Extreme 4X4, but since then there has been no advertising. This is the wrong forum for such posts mate. Please place it in the proper category. Furthermore, DP is not likely the best place if you are seeking an in-house expert since it is a Global community. Additionally, you are violating U.S. minimum wage law if you require someone in-house but only pay a percentage. Disclaimer: I am not an attorney. However, who in their right mind would work under such conditions? Furthermore your statements indicate a lack conviction in the level of your confidence otherwise you would prefer to pay outright and not give up any percentages.
