    yes and no, the way the bin/33.gif works is it's a htaccess redirect with a php file that acts like a image file. So, yes if your server supports file_get_contents or cUrl, but stil would use bandwidth by getting the template image and still serve the image from the local website isntead of the hosted solution. The image is a GD dynamic generated image.
