So my websites got penalized by Google back in August. I'm still fighting through the penalties, but in the meantime I'd like to improve rankings on Bing & Yahoo. I want to hire someone to do link building, but it has to be link building that works well with Bing & Yahoo. They obviously look for different things than Google. I've heard that Bing likes in-content links, but I'm not sure what Yahoo likes. If you know specifically what Bing & Yahoo want, please message me with your offer. It would be great if someone can offer guarantee rankings improvements on a weekly contract.
