Hello dear, I got these urls from search, http://www.bing.com/webmaster/SubmitSitePage.aspx and http://www.bing/webmaster/WebmasterAddSitesPage.aspx i want to know are those same or not? Thank you so much, Alireza
The first link is for submitting your website to Bing if it's not indexed at all. Second link is for submitting your sitemap (usually an .xml file) to Bing to help them index you better.
