Dear members, I want to use bing webmaster tools. I know that an email account (hotmail) is need for this purpose. But the problem is that I could sign up for hotmail account. Every time it shows an error. Anyone to help me to solve this problem ?

Go to the url bing.com/webmasters and sign up for a new account. Then add your site into bing webmaster. It ll be requested you to download a file to access your website Just you add it into your root path. That's it man
@paul100 - the problem is that I could not sign up for a new account. It always show the following error - "You've reached the daily limit for creating Windows Live IDs. Please wait a day and try to sign up again or contact support for assistance". This message is shown every time whenever I try to create my new account. What should be done now
