As reported by comScore, Bing's January share of US search market was 13.1% (compared to 12% for the month of December 2010). It's their best monthly gain yet. Google still dominates the US search market, with 65.6% for the month of January, compared to 66.6% for the month of December. Hopefully this is a sign of some form of a decent competition to come.
what does competition matter if all they do is copy google? Bing's search results always looked similar.
Google never ever ever advertises. Bing is advertising everywhere. But still a little healthy competition is always good.
Lol! Yahoo is more competition than Bing has ever been. Bing has to beat Yahoo in market share first! But after a year and a half, they haven't even been able to do that.
I don't agree that bing has same results as Google but Google has more products and good marketing strategy.
Google made up some words but there is no site on the internet containing those words and those same words showed up in Bing results.
