Bing Traffic Is Growing but Google AdSense Doesn’t Seem to Value It?

I wanted to open a discussion about something I’ve noticed recently on my website — I’ve been consistently getting decent traffic from Google search, but also a growing chunk from Bing and other search engines.

The issue is:
While AdSense earnings reflect traffic from Google Search, it seems like the Bing traffic isn’t really being monetized well — either RPM is super low, or impressions aren’t properly counted.

I’ve been optimizing SEO for both engines, and some Bing-focused keywords are performing really well. But if the traffic is still being served via AdSense (with no issues or policy violations), why isn’t it bringing in equal value?

For context, my site is in the Android niche — I mainly share modded Telegram versions and app guides over at modapktelegram.com.

Some points I’d love your input on:

• Does AdSense truly prioritize Google-origin traffic over others?

I asked Grok, it says (to sum it up) that it's all about traffic quality. That's what Google is after.

Oh, I feel you I had a similar situation with my site focused on custom ROMs. Google traffic consistently gives decent RPM, but Bing — total mystery. Impressions are there, but clicks are minimal and monetization is laughable.

Seems like AdSense really "loves" its own traffic more. I partially solved it by adding Ezoic — they handle different traffic sources better. Another solid option is adding direct affiliate links.

Even if traffic grows, if it’s just users being thrown onto the page by AI without real interest, then the RPM will stay dead. Maybe it’s worth considering separate landing pages or a different interaction flow specifically for Bing traffic.

 

I’ve worked with this issue before, and you’re absolutely right — Bing traffic often behaves very differently. In my experience, setting up tailored flows for Bing helps, but I also saw good results after testing native ad platforms like MGID, which brought in more engaged visitors and stabilized overall performance.

 

Hey guys, I had similar story... My site started to get traffic from DuckDuckGo and Bing and in AdSense it almost not counted. In the end I tried to monetize this traffic in networks, I liked more in HilltopAds, in Ezoic also was not bad. And AdSense maybe not count traffic that come from AI, or maybe it is their “silent game” with publishers

 

I had this idea to advertise through hotmail... you know the email you get on top. But to do that you are forced to have ads on Bing too. Microsoft offers this package that you can't see or do much. I don't know. Anyone tried it?
