it took me 2 months to get indexed in bing..n none of my keywords ranks good in it...BING is hard...

 

Really. Based on what? Go over to the Bing Forums and you will see hundreds of people who are having this problem who have submitted their site map.

 

Yes, Bing caching is slow, definetely takes more time comapred to Google..

Where did you get this stats from ?

Also the age factor and title stands true for any search engine which is a logical factor.

I myself carried out some test to check bing and google seo results at http://www.seobing.info/how-to-rank-high-on-bing/ but suprisingly the results have been contradictory.

Google, Yahoo, and Bing all have different Ranking algorithms. Google is by far the most complex of the three of them.

Google focuses on fantastic content and quality niche related links for good rankings. Avoid "no follow" links as they do not contribute to Google Rankings.

Yahoo & Bing like Google likes content - however lower quality links such as blog commenting and forum signatures have more value. It's also believed that "No follow" links also have more value to these engines then they do Google.

 

How can i add my sitemap to bing ? Can anyone provide proper links for that?

by the way, bing cares about IDN domains more, compared to google and yahoo

 

Thanks for the Bing tips. I have always heard to work for Google ranking and the result will be good ranking in SERPS for both Yahoo and Bing...it hasn't happened for me yet. Perhaps it is because my domain is young, so very young still.

I Agree with you.....
But getting index in Google is frequent but same in Bing is so tough. it might b impossible....
Bing takes much time in indexing the site respect to google. So google is more preferable...

 

Sometime bing index my site and sometimes not. I dont know why. But bing is also better than yahoo.

 

I tried submitting my sitemap to bing. I even tried submitting my feedburner feed as sitemap to bing. Despite all my efforts bing managed to index only 2 of my more than 300 pages. I think these 2 pages will also be deindexed soon.

 

Getting indexed by bing is much slower than google or yahoo in my experience. Probably because they have less resources

 

finally after 2 months my site's 3 pages are indexed by bing lol
