Bing ranking may be acheived using discussions?

I just want to know that the Bing gives high weightage to the backlinks generated through the forums, blogs and other discussions sites

well yes i seen this, if a topic is very hot and many people disucssing on it, bing give priority to it.

bing criteria to judge a website is qutie different from google.

i seen that google ignore the numeric keywords. but bing dont,

Bing consider many things such as age of the site, onpage optimization, anchor text, backlinks from good sites.
