Bing Content Network targeting?

    Hi I just started a low budget ppc campaign in Bing, I wanted to run my ads on the Content Network but there is a problem, seems that there is no way to find the websites asociated with bing, so my ads are showing in websites that are not relevant. :(

    A customer agent told me that there is no list so the only way would be to check in what websites my ad is showing and then select the ones relevant to my service.

    So is there a way to get a list of websites publishing for Bing and their niches to find wich ones are relevant to me?

    Or at least is there any way to target better the websites were I want my ad to show up?
