    PR is almost nothing. Except you want to sell links. And i guess MS are not willing to sell links on BING.com!!!

    I was wondering with that too why Bing's PR is 9. I can't imagine such progress
    like that. maybe its because Bing is an Authority site...

    But Why is Google didn't reach PR 9 unlike Bing which is only a new SE?
    Can anyone here explain to me this?

    The best way check the popularity of your website is to check whether your site appears in Bing.

    If it does. You should have a good page rank.

    My blog appears in all search engines.

    But not in Bing yet
