I used both Bing Ads and Google Adwords recently. I signed up to Bings free voucher deal. Received a £50 voucher and applied. A day later, i receive an email that I had not claimed my £75 voucher code?? So i tried applying and was told I was not able to use this. Contacted Bing and asked why I was given a £50 voucher instead of a £75. They kindly applied the £75 on top of my current £50. Seems like a system error caused two vouchers to be sent out. A day later, my account was suspended, I contacted live support, received an apology and account was activated. A couple days later, i noticed the title which tags along the primary title had been changed and was displaying incorrectly on their search engine ads system. I was not able to change this from the control panel and wasn't one I setup. Back to Bing support and they asked me to give them 5 days to resolve !! Today, account suspended again !! Overall, I found clicks from Google were much higher then of Bing. The staff at Bing Ads are great but their ad system still requires further work. My account has been suspended twice by their automated system without any valid reason. Was told they require 5 days to resolve a Title change issue. No issues with Google Adwords, staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to help tweak ads. I'll be sticking with Google Adwords.
It looks like BING is a mess, we in Europe do not use BING (or YAHOO) as nobody is searching there GOOGLE has 98% of the market
Yeah, but you end up paying considerably less with Bing Ads. I've never had an issue with their traffic either. BUT... AdWords is AdWords. It will forever rule.
I've used bing ads for long time, never had problem like that. Their traffic quality also good, convert very well on certain niche offers.
I started with Bing Ads and I didn't had problems. Usually the CPC of Bing is a little bit lower than then the CPC of AdWords. Also, in my experience the traffic quality of bing is very good.
