Binding to not-activated account

    Hello,

I have 3 accounts in the co-op, 2 are showing ads and are bound to the third one.

The third one however, is not activated (the code is not implemented in the site, and never will).
I do not have any stats nor do I notice any changes in backlinks, however, there is 14K weight attached to the account for well over a week now.

My ads are enabled, but as stated before, the account isn't. Could you tell me wheter or not my ads will eventually show?

I would bind it to the active account. I know that referral weight doesn;t show on a non-validated account so it is possible the same rule applies with a bind.

A better solution may be to just switch the accounts through the CP so you can keep your ads and weight assignments as is.

Yeah, ... Binding to one of the activated accounts is a solution ... :p

Btw, the weight DOES get transfered, so there is no problem there ...

I was just thinking I would do it nicely ...
    Accoun A, B, C, account C shows ads for C ... I can just make account B show ads for C I guess :s

Out of curiousity, why would you even have an account for a URL that you don't plan to run ads on? Just so you know, you don't need to have an account for the URL you plan to point ads to, as the link will get reviewed in the ad process.

Yeah, ... That's something I figured out after i created all accounts ;)

I will probably just transfer one of the accounts to the other, ditch the third and enter the ad in the second account.

Why I did it? It think it looks clean this way. You have an account per site, and show ads for that site.

That's a good point. It does make for a good organizational system.

    good luck with your sites!
