BIND is not working properly

[WHM]
Bind reloading on cl-t051-530cl using rndc zone: [mbozaabogados.com]
Error reloading bind on cl-t051-530cl: rndc: connect failed: 127.0.0.1#953: connection refused

Has anyone else gotten this error before?

I haven't and have tried everything to fix it.

yes. unless you have access to allow the connection.

 

We're updating to another server, which I think that may be the problem.

 

Login via SSH to your server (as root) and run the following commands:

/etc/init.d/named stop
killall -9 named
/scripts/fixndc
/scripts/fixndc
/etc/init.d/named restart
/etc/init.d/named status

Code (markup):

Check that the last command returns the number of DNS zones.

Then try again, it should work

BIND runs on port 53, not 953

Check that and try again

 

i am facing same problem, even i have try

it could not start / restart / stop

pls advice

 

Provide us an error log. Google for bind dns error log.
