Yes, the victim was 56-year-old Gerald Morelock from Melbourne Beach. This is a tragedy all around. Billy Lane is facing a DUI charge in, I believe, NC on October 5th as well. He refused the breath test there. I have no idea if they took blood.
This guy is supposed to be famous? I live in the Melbourne area, and have seen him like a million times. Never had a clue who he was until I saw him in handcuffs.
He is an idol to the biker wanna be's. I mean, the guy has talent, but he's not a bike building god or anything. He can work metal though. But anyone can do motorcycle assembly. He has style though in regard to motorcycles, no doubt. But that may not matter any longer. He not only is facing DUI in two states allegedly right now and man slaughter in Florida, he is being sued by for killing Gerald Morelock. Billy Lane Named Defendant in Auto Negligence Suit They named Dodge in the suit too. He was driving a Dodge owned truck. They were using him as a spokeman I think it was.
