Billing Scripts on server

    HI

    Having problems on my vps with billing scrips used phphostbot & accoutlab no longer work when a customer signup none of their details appear in the billing scripts admin area
    and no auto cpanel account is created.

    I am using csf firewall and mod security I put it down to one of these causing the problem.

    Any help would be super.

    Try unistalling CSF firewall, as CSF gives 500 internal server error.

    Check the log file for mod_security, should show if anything is being blocked. Same goes for the firewall. Failing that, try disabling them one at a time to try and track down the cause of the problem.

    Are you running the latest (5.19) of CSF? Have you changed any port configs in CSF? See below for the standard ones

    TCP_IN: 20,21,22,25,53,80,110,143,443,465,587,993,995,2077,2078,2082,2083,2086,2087,2095,2096
    TCP_OUT: 20,21,22,25,37,43,53,80,110,113,443,587,873,2087,2089,2703

    I personally would blame mod_security though, check the modsec log WHM > Plugins > Mod Security. See what comes up there
