Billing group can't mark invoices for deletion.

    All of a sudden out of the blue, my billing employees can't mark invoices for deletion, if you click the trashcan it just blinks and nothing happens. As a member of the admin group I can still mark them.

    I tried unchecking, Tag invoice for deletion, closing out and reenabling it, no dice.

    Any ideas?
