Billing Cycle Items when set to "ALL" Account Class

    Shawn,

    Have some billing cycle items that are set to "ALL" Account Class (without quotes) and the radial button of "Exclude from list of All Products" is not checked.

    It is set as a billing cycle item and not a onetime item, so regardless of account class it should be added as a new billing cycle item.

    When we select new item in the billing info screen is it not visible in the drop down list. We have to do is hit close, while in billing cycle detail as its not in list, then click back in product id and it appears in our list. Its like it needs a refresh or something.

    Any ideas how to correct or what might be the cause?

    Well, I've spent a little while trying to replicate what you are seeing, and I can't make it happen myself. What OS are you running?
