I just noticed that Google decided to bill me more than my invoice today. I've never had this happen to me before, not sure if its just a glitch or what.

My account was up to $550 normally in the past they would deduct that amount or a bit less but for some reason they decided to charge me $980 and credit my account for $430. Whats the deal with this, this happen to anyone else recently?

    Hmmm...
You don't have to be wondered about things that Google does. And there's may be no appropriateness. Thing may happen only once and only with you. I experienced such a thing. My outstanding balance was really BIG and did'n want to stop. Account was OK though.
So take it easy and contact support.
You can blame G but you can't judge it :)

Not recently but a year or so ago about the sam thing happened to me. They correct the problem before I even knew it happened. It has never happened again. I would not worry about it.

Google isn't always the best with math, which is scary considering that that is all they do. I've had issues with adwords and adsense before. One thing I do know though is that if you contact them, they generally do a good job at fixing a mix up and fairly quickly.
