Biiiiig Flash Problem

i have this neigbour that's like a doctor and has his site and he has a problem and not even i know how 2 fix it so i thought yuh could tell me what the *Bunny* (<censoured) is going on look at the menu with INTERNET EXPLORER the mouse just changes shape a few times / second how can i solve it?

May I suggest removing the flash object and replacing it with css/javascript mouseovers?

I do freelance work for hire, but if you want to hack it, it's not hard. For example just copy what's on www.digitalpoint.com start from there and change it.
