    This website gets between 70-100 visits per day. The site started in 2007 so it's been around for awhile and has some links. It's also one of the more well known and established "make money online" forums as far as I know. Alexa Traffic Rank is 235,708 Global and 39,818 in India.

    There is not much revenue other than Adense, a few clicks here and there, maybe $5/week. Most of the revenue has come from people coming to me and requesting banner ads $100/month, sometimes more than one person wants the ads so it jumps up to $200/month or more.

    I admit that the site isn't properly monetized, I don't have enough time to moderate or participate in the forum anymore. There is a lot of potential as it's an aged domain name with good keywords. I was hoping for a price range of $10,000-$20,000 or more to sell the forum, website and domain name. The price is higher since I still like the site and may someday have the time to really develop it, but I am willing to sell it for this price range.

    worth 2k at most and that would really be pushing it... I wouldn't pay nemore then $600. if it had a consistnent 200 per month for the last 3 months

    No one would sell a consistent $200/mo website for $600! They could just abandon the site for 12 months and make $2,400...

    I think $10,000-$20,000 range is realistic. I've received $8,000 and $12,000 offers about 9 and 6 months ago from two different reputable members here, so I already know it's valuable.
