My big PR gain went from PR0 to PR4 that is on a Bidding directory. Drop -- > PR4 to PR2 on a Regular Directory! Please post your biggest gain/loss -- site type. Thanks
No gains but few drops but it is good that the PR update happened! PR5 still stays as PR5 2xPR4 drops to PR3 and every PR3 drop to PR2 or PR0
Kaiowas: What type of site kept the PR and which ones lost (mainly the PR3 to PR0 ones) just the type of site. -- No site url required.
One PR2 down to PR2, which doesn't really suprise me as I bought the domain with PR to start with. Plenty of new sites just got PR1 after very little work which is an encouraging sign to keep moving on! A few domains that I was expecting to hit PR2 or 3 unfortunately didn't get off the mark. The countdown to next update begins!
I got on homepage of my math help website same PR after the update(4) but on my other pages I got bigger PR. Still there is another page on that website where I still have 0, though the page has quite some backlinks. On my videochat studio website I have higher PR on all pages. Also on my funny jokes website I got PR1 from PR0, but I just started to promote it.
One of my sites moved from Pr3 to Pr4, but most of the others remain a Pr4. Couple of minisites (on subdomains) gained Pr1 & Pr2. However over the past week the sites are ranking even better for highly targetted keywords, and they were already well established as high rankers in particular markets. So far looks like G has been good to me! (touch wood it continues)
Main site from PR5 to PR4 - tech/gadgets site, no paid links. New site, style and design, up from 0 to 4. So traded -1 PR for +4 PR across the board (which I can live with as the main site linked to the new site to start it off - front page link then changed to 'no follow'). Bizarrely, though I've seen many saying that sites that interlink with many other other associated sites held under the same umbrella are being hit hard there are a few that seem to have come away wholly unscathed - and I am curious as to how they have achieved this. Either ways, I have not been hit anywhere near as hard as a few sites I am friendly with and traffic is showing a marked increase for both - and that's ultimately what matters. Just have to make sure I work my butt off more on the newer site more so than I have of late whilst ensuring its not at the expense of my main site. There's just not enough hours in the day (wonder if Google could sort this - perhaps change the standard hours in a day to something like 72??).
I've had my blog go from pr 0 to pr4 which is good. My others design and ebook reviews have gone to about 3 and 2 respectively.
Automobile: PR6 - PR2 - 2 Nos PR5 - PR2 - 1Nos Health: PR2 - PR6 - 1 Nos Webmaster: PR0 - PR6 - 1 Nos PR0 - PR5 - 1 Nos PR1 - PR4 - 1 Nos The automobile Websites/Blogs were selling text links (might be a cause of PR drop - Not Sure)
I may some go to PR2 from PR4 and some from PR4 to PR3 some PR3 to PR2 Only good is one of my Bidding directory went from PR0 to PR4. (that site is not promoted as much)

I went from a PG0 to a PG4 on my personal blog. I don't have ads, nor sell links etc. The blog is new on self-hosted WP but I was a PG3 on Blogger for a year before.
