I personally recommend FlyCell "all carriers" offer in Never Blue Ads affiliate network. Never Blue is a very strong affiliate network with a very powerful tracking system that gives me good control of the traffic I direct their way (mostly PPC). The FlyCell offer has a very high EPC (earning per click) that enables me to bid high on Ringtone related keywords. Feel free to sign up to never blue using the referral link in my signature.
I do not recommend neverblue... they are always like 2nd 3rd tier offers. But they will accept anyone. Go with azoogle, incentaclick, rocketprofit, etc. if you are based in the US. Also watch out for flycell everyone has it and while it might payout 19$ per lead you will find some 16$ offers will have a better epc

However, The combination of never blue along with the FlyCell offer has proven itself over the past few month compared to other ringtone offers I've ran in parallel. Of course, everyone should try several offers and see which one converts for them, but this one works for me. Again, a pleasure reading your posts
