I've seen that plenty of fish check posted around the net before. Many have speculated it's a fake just to create buzz for their site.

I do believe kieron (UKOffer) should be way up top on that list, rather then third. (based on the info I know of him from sitepoint and uk affiliate forums). *Edit* Actually, the whole list seems to be in a random order? As theres some huge earners further down - my mistake

 

Depends if is profit or revenue..As I said in another thread, there are a signifigant number of publishers at that point when it comes to revenue.
