For me it has to be

the sooner one has an auto-responder the better

the sooner one gets a solid IM education (not just scraps) the better

the sooner one takes continuous action the better

    :D

Biggest lesson is that you should never trust a person in business. I've trusted so many people, but so many people fucked relations up already. It's the sad part of doing business IMO :(

I will give just one. The rest can be found in my ebook "Lessons that I learned, which took me from an income of $1/day to 200$/day".

    The lesson is ...............

Don't believe everything you see or hear. Use the powers of logic, common sense and skepticism.

When you come up with an original idea other webmasters will shoot it down because it may not fit with current trends. That doesn't mean you don't have a good idea.

    I do think the lesson I have not only learnt but would recommend others is;

    * Dont expect results right away

Its going to take time for what you do to work, you might work on your site and do SEO work on it such as articles, blog commenting etc You will probably not see the benefits from this after a couple of weeks or more.

Just stick with it and the results will come :)

It has been said before. Don't trust anyone online. If the bowl is full, they will attack it.

My lesson learned so far is to not trust anybody in this world at all. However, we are to still treat everyone with respect and we are even to like people who hate us and cause us distress. Jesus told us that this is the way we must be. I don't understand it all, but I do try my best and do as He asks. He is the ONLY one that I do not want to let down.

Biggest lesson I could tell someone:

    - TAKE ACTION! Sitting there reading ebook after ebook or guide after guide does nothing. Putting what you learned into action produces results.

I agree with you lightless. If it works real well it's usually held close to the chest for a while, so being a bit of a detective and using some logic with what you see works real well.

On a side note, I googled your book title and nothing came up. URL?

Wow, a mixture of pessimism and optimism.

    So to summarise:

    1. Never trust anyone as there are too many scammers out there.
    2. Don't listen to the so called experts use your own judgement.
    3. Take action every day, even on weekends and holidays:).

If we will just focus on our skills and expertise, we can achieve greater heights. We have our own path for success. Don't copy what other people do!

You can't work on business without trust.
True, don't trust anyone, but make good relation and find "trustworthy" people and trust
