I'm needing some cash, so im willing to sell it ,but not for super cheap, because i do like the site and domain, but i could use some cash better.

The site is powered by the latest Wordpress, so its very VERY easy to post content onto.

yes, i can do a basic simple set up at the buyers host site. However i wont deal with anything too advanced (server not running needed features etc) but if you use a modern host like hostgator, i can actually have the site installed within minutes. only thing that would take time is the dns to update to the new servers.

Should also mention that the high offer so far is $70.
