It is important to note that keyword rankings will change after the bigdaddy update is done and over with, as this is one of the main changes in the bigdaddy infrastructure.

I had a keyword today ( very competitive ) that was ranked in the first page for the first time :D

Geesh, when will this be finished???
It is soo frustrating to see:
    Results 1 - 100 of about 244 from ...
with lots of supplemental results and then, when I check at another time:
    Results 1 - 100 of about 58600 from
and next time the first one again...

    Is this a neverending story???

yeah pretty much never ending. Its very annoying.

The only good thing I can take from it is its not just me which means SOMEDAY it should be fixed for all of us But in one form or another there has been a constant problem since Jagger.

It's getting stable for me though for the past few days. All my supplemental pages have gone and my index pages are increasing everyday. And my rankings are also improving big time.

I hope things get more stable for all you fellas.

I think Google should just remove supplemental all together. Either index & rank the damn page or dont index it. Stop measuring whose D**K is longer. sheesh.

supplemental is a good way to weed out spam and duplicate/scraped content. However, if google cannot manage it properly, it probably should disappear.

I think Google is having problems with those large scale infrastructure updates. They should use one or 2 DCs and test and re-test and re-test before something of this magnitude gets rolled out. They should also communicate properly what they are doing. They pretty much own the search market in many areas. With this title also comes some responsibility.

Supplemental results on good and legit websites should have never made it into the public.

i had a couple of old sites come out of the sandbox last week, after having been penalized for unknown reasons last summer... and a new site also started ranking... i've never had supplemental issues with google.

who knows how long it'll last, but this is the best google has treated me in awhile.
