My website - www.topsynergy.com - was PR5 prior to BigDaddy and still is after January’s update. However, trusting the promise of this database update that Google will unify PR for all URLs that actually point to the same page, i.e. topsynergy.com, topsynergy.com/ and topsynergy.com/default.asp - I updated all internal links that pointed for years to default.asp so now they point to the bare domain (www.topsynergy.com/). Almost eight months later, the index page default.asp shows 5PR, most pages in second hierarchy are PR5. The domain, however shows only PR4. Can you help me understand this phenomenon? Can you advise whom should I contact in Google in order to point out this failure in their update algorithm? Many thanks, Shlomot
