Well....to be honest, first impression isn't very good 1) You need a better logo, not just a clipart style logo. 2) The Google ads stand out like a sore thumb. 3) You have no real style or theme to the website. Templates are inexspensive. You could just buy one and modify it to suit your needs. The current site is boring. 4) BigBux.info doesn't inspire very much trust Sorry for sounding harsh but appearence is everything.
I think the site needs a completely new site design... The adsense ads aren't blended well (change the border to white). And you also need a new header design that's more professional..
